On 19th October 2026, SharpStream will be sunsetting "TX", a legacy platform responsible for load balancing live listeners. After this date, TX-Format Streaming URLs will cease to function.
To ensure that your stream will continue to function as expected - you must check which streaming URLs you have listed on your website and third party platforms.
TX Stream URL structures (To be Sunset):
If your stream URL format looks like any of the following, please take action and update it to our supported format.

Customised stream DNS (Currently Supported):
If your stream URL format looks like this - you do not need to take any action.
https://listen-customername.sharp-stream.com/mountname.mp3
Please note: The Currently supported stream URL format uses a unique subdomain for each customer. If you are unsure what your stream url is you can find it in Portal (See How do I share my stream with listeners?

Updating Your Listen URL on Third Party Platforms:
Most major streaming platforms/syndicators will have self-service portals where you can update your stream information. If you are unsure of how to update the streaming URL on a particular platform, we recommend consulting the help documentation or support team of the platform in question.
