Notifications are only triggered when one or more of your encoder contributions has been registered as Unstable, Disconnected or Silent for the duration specified in your notifiable settings.


Ensure you have set the correct email and thresholds, or add an email address to your list.


If the email address is correct, ensure you have checked your spam folder and allowed incoming mail from alarms@sharp-stream.com.


You can also use the test button when setting up/editing Notifiables to trigger a test email to the address listed.
