If you find an event has not recorded or you have forgotten to schedule a event to record and you have the missing show you can upload an audio file to Timbre and manually publish it to Aiir.
To do this follow the steps to create an Item (see Creating Items). When you have uploaded the item and input all the show information, click "Create and View Item":
Next, you need to set the item as a "Recording" so Timbre knows when the original broadcast times were. These times will ensure Aiir positions the item correctly on the listener-facing application.
When you've clicked set as recording, options for Broadcast Start and Stop times appear. Select the times that the show started and ended against the respective fields.
Once you have added the recording times, click update to apply them to the item. You can now click "Publish to Aiir" and Timbre will synchronise with Aiir to update the listener-facing applications with the new show.
