Our SharpStream status page bolsters the visibility of and accessibility to information about the health of SharpStream's internal systems. The status page will allow you to see three months' worth of health monitoring and will provide you with a centralised hub where you can see if any incidents are currently taking place, or whether there are any maintenance scheduled.

We have carefully considered how to best represent incidents with varying levels of impact and complexity, allowing us to provide you with the information you need. In this article, we will provide a brief overview of the systems that we monitor as well as your options for subscribing to incidents taking place.

You can find our status page at https://status.sharp-stream.com

How can I be notified of SharpStream incidents?

Our status page offers various subscription options that will allow you to stay informed of any incidents that occur across the SharpStream estate. You can choose to either subscribe to all incidents created on the status page or to subscribe only to individual incidents as they occur.

Incidents on the status page do not relate to individual stream disconnections.

To subscribe to all incidents created by SharpStream, you can click on the Subscribe to Updates button in the top-right of the status page.

You can have updates sent directly to Slack or your personal email. Alternatively, you can subscribe through Atom or using the RSS feed.

You can also subscribe to incidents individually, as they occur. You can do this by navigating to the relevant incident shown on the status page and selecting Subscribe to Incident.
