Timbre Player is an embeddable audio player that can deliver your Timbre content, accompanied by your podcast's artwork and customisable themes you can tailor to your organisation’s branding.
You can use the player to embed a singular episode or an entire podcast feed onto your website.

Episode Player
To preview the player for an individual podcast episode in your library, head to the "Share" dropdown on any listed episode in a podcast's management page and click “Embed”.
When previewing the embeddable player, you are able to choose a theme for your player from the Themes dropdown as well as toggle the player format, allowing you to choose from Slim or Square.
The following image represents how your player will appear on your website. De-selecting Slim in the previous section will change the view to a larger square view with your selected artwork displaying as the background.

We have added a usable embed code in the preview to facilitate the process of using our player for your website or blog. You can also find a direct listen link to the player below the embed code.
Ensure that you select your player's theme and formatting before copying the share or embed URL. You can choose a default theme in your Customise player preferences.

If your episode has Chapter Markers, these will appear as dots below the progress bar/waveform. Hovering over the chapter will reveal its name (pictured). Clicking will continue playback from the marker’s position.

Podcast Feed Player
To preview the player for a podcast feed, head to the "Share" tab on any podcast management page in your library and click “preview”. You can view the player's appearance for the selected podcast, a direct link for the player and the embed code for the player so you can put it on your site or blog.
The feed player will display the top episode in the list (based on the episode ordering preference for the podcast). When one episode has finished playing, the next episode of the podcast will automatically begin.
