In order to maximise the utility of our portal we suggest you open a free account in order to keep track of the tickets that you have open with us. While logged in, simply click on "+ New Support Ticket" which will allow you to add a topic to keep your ticket focused.
You are also welcome to call us on 0800 999 2468 during our office hours (09:00-17:00GMT Monday to Friday) for more pressing matters. Please ensure that your number is not withheld.
