This page serves to aid you in logging in to your Portal account and resetting your password in the event that you have forgotten it.
This article assumes you have already activated your Portal account and created a password. This activation process takes place when your account is created by either your account admin or a member of our support team. If you are unsure whether your account has been created please contact your account admin.

Logging in to your Portal Account
- Step 1: Navigate to https://portal.sharp-stream.com/login
- Step 2: Enter the email address and password used to create your account in the relevant fields.
- Step 3: Press the 'Login' button to access your account.
If you have forgotten the email used to set up your account - please ask your account admin or raise a ticket with our support team.
Resetting the password of your Portal Account
- Step 1: Navigate to https://portal.sharp-stream.com/login
- Step 2: Select the 'here' hyperlink under 'Forgot your password?'
- Step 3:Enter your email address and click 'Submit'
- Step 4: After you clicked 'Submit,' a confirmation email will be sent to you. Follow the prompts in order to reset your password successfully.

- Step 2: Enter the email address and password used to create your account in the relevant fields.

- Step 1: Navigate to https://portal.sharp-stream.com/login
- Step 2: Select the 'here' hyperlink under 'Forgot your password?'

If you experience trouble with the access token sent to your email address while resetting your password, clear your browser's cache and try again. Should the issue persist, please raise a support ticket.
